Here at Joyful we have a set methodology which proves successful time and time again in your child's upbringing. We follow carefully structured day-to-day activity plans and also keeping to a time schedule to ensure the day runs smoothly. Having structure and routine we believe is key in a child's understanding of their position in the world and to help them prepare for their working future. Having set daily goals, time scales and activities would be the same as a regular working day and having this already built into their mind can make for a fantastic work ethic.

Providing children with all of the materials in different scenarios will expand their creativity, ensuring that they are exposed to all possible routes that their life could take them down. Developing an interest in the child's key skills will allow them to flourish in their chosen fields.





We look to respect and appreciate the children, to make them feel valued in our kindergarten community. Each and every child's success is our success giving us that Joyful Spirit that keeps our school running. Little acts of bodily movement can heavily impact on a child's perception of a teacher which is why we aim to reach the child at their level, raise up to communicate and holding hands to lead, we believe when teaching our children we must meet them as equals on a personal and physical level. These factors will ensure that they feel safe in the school and feel they can let themselves go without consequence, this is the key to developing fantastic children.


Respect and appreciate the kids, squatted down to talk, holding up to communicate, holding hands to lead. Teacher is a friend, the children's guide, observer, escort with love, care and patience. We lead the children.
